How long will my order to process?

Supplements are made to order and will be ready to ship in 8-10 business days. (Monday – Friday)

May I change my order once it is placed?

Since each order is custom made for the purchaser and Once the order is “In Production ” it can no longer be cancelled.

When can I expect my supplements to be delivered?

1. Standard shipping is 2-5 days (Monday – Friday)
2. Expedited shipping 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Cost: 

1. Standard shipping is Free (0.00$)
2. Expedited shipping is $15, but will be free for 120 day supply or more

The processing durations are contingent on the order reception. Please be aware that orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your formula order is placed and another when it is ready to ship. The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number. Orders ship via USPS.

What do I do in the event of a delay?

There is always a possibility of shipping delays due to holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package encounters delays, please be aware that, although we strive for prompt delivery, once it’s with the courier, it’s beyond our control. If you suspect a significant delay, return to sender, or if your package is missing, kindly reach out to us at vip@noblefamilymedical.com, our dedicated customer service line. To expedite our response, include your order number and the name under which the order was placed.

Home Test Kits:

Processing Time:

• Orders for home test kits are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
• Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method:

• Home test kits are shipped directly from the manufacturer using standard shipping methods.

Shipping Cost:

• Standard shipping is 15$

Estimated Delivery Time:

• The estimated delivery time for home test kits is approximately 5-8 business days from the date of shipment.
• Please consider this estimated timeframe when placing your order.

Shipment Tracking:

• Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the home test kit has been shipped.
• Use the provided tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delayed Shipments:

• In some cases, shipments may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These delays may include, but are not limited to, manufacturing delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
• We appreciate your understanding that delayed shipments are outside of our control, and we will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant delays.

International Shipping:

• Currently, we only offer shipping within the USA. We are unable to ship test kits to

 NY, NJ or RI

Address Accuracy:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
